Fine Arts Agent endeavors in the complete satisfaction of our art collector clients and members. Even though we have never experienced a request for refund neither has any artworks been returned in the past we want our clients to feel confident that the artwork are not satisfactory for any reason they can send the artwork back and request for a refund. 

Upon receiving the artworks our clients have seven 7 days to return the artwork for a refund if there is unsatisfied with the artwork. For artwork refunds the buyer will assume responsibly to the cost for the shipping deliveries including the return of the artwork to its previous studio address, additionally the Fine Arts Agent broker commission is also not refundable.

The return guarantee is NOT guaranteed to the following final sale items:

  • Framed artworks
  •  Limited edition artworks 

International orders:

International customers please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.

All shipping is inclusive with insurance, the artworks will be checked for any damage before departure and upon arrival. When you receive your artwork please inspect it carefully with the art shipping currier, for any shipping issues or damage to the artwork in transport to your delivery address please disclose the problem with the currier, take images of the issue and notify This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. immediately so that we can process the insurance claim. 

Please note that we cannot, under any circumstances, offer any refunds or replacements for artwork that has been damaged or lost after the delivery to your shipping address. International customers will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties.
